Technical Trainer

IAS is an international automotive Learning & Development consulting agency providing cutting edge, science-based learning solutions and innovative learning strategies. To support the Training Academies of our customers (top-tier car manufacturers), we are looking for Technical Trainers (m/v/x).
As a key member within the company, you are prepared to challenge and disrupt classical learning methods while laying the building blocks for tomorrow’s Learning & Development solutions, all in preparation for the big “Reskilling Revolution”.
De functie
- You develop and deliver technical training to the retailer’s technical staff members (in a virtual, face-2-face or on-site format) for top-notch automotive brands on a national and/or international level.
- You develop high-quality and creative training content, and possibly mentor other training colleagues while doing so (based on your experience).
- You work closely together with- and report to the Training (Project) Manager and project team members.
- Together with your internal and external counterparts, you identify training needs on a national- and international level.
- You develop, challenge, innovate and contribute to the latest automotive training- and assessment- and mentoring programs;
- You are used to working with strict deadlines and get personal satisfaction from letting your trainees grow professionally.
- You provide professional support to your in- and external colleagues and act as a content expert for one or more specific technical topics.
Het profiel
We are open for young graduates, medior level as well as senior experts!
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or related field.
- Experience in a role as Technical Trainer is a nice plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of automotive technologies, systems, and products
- Native Dutch or French
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel occasionally to manufacturers or clients.

- Gross annual salary depending on knowledge and experience, supplemented with fringe benefits (company car, fuel card, insurances, net allowances, etc.).
- As this is a full-time opportunity, we offer a fixed contract, but are open for freelancers as well.
