Their entire process of R&D, Production, Quality Assurance and Sales & Training are taking place at the same location. Do you want to develop your career into medical devices production ? Then here is your chance. We are looking for a (Sr) Sales Export Manager (m/f/x) to reinforce Orfit’s team.

De functie

  • Organization, management and execution of the sales activities of the assigned sector /region /customers /distributors ( S-R-C-D)
  • Customer management & daily follow-up of sales & all quotations
  • Handles all customer requests for a lower price and prepares them with gross dues in coordination with the director of planning/IT
  • All communications to the assigned S-R-C-D
  • Drawing up and discussing objectives per S-R-C-D and per segment
  • Preparing Sales Rolling Process meetings
  • Organizes, proposes actions to drive sales
  • Determines the customer training courses (workshops) in consultation with the physical rehabilitation product specialist
  • Enlist the help of the product specialist when necessary
  • Handles the special tenders
  • Active participation in fairs and other events
  • Develops new customers and sales opportunities in the broadest sense of the word within the outlines drawn up by the head of Sales & Marketing
  • Takes on the active role of “ambassador” between customer and client
  • Looks for new customers and market expansion
  • Post-Market surveillance activities:
  • Maintain and supplement customer / prospect database
  • Follow-up of newly launched products (3 months after launch)
  • Marketing-related activities:
  • Participation in regional and national congresses/exhibitions and other activities in the market where necessary
  • Reporting:
  • Gathering information on market trends, competition products and activities, and prices
  • Immediate reporting of customer complaints or other non-conformities to the Quality Manager

Het profiel

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the medical device market is recommended but not required
  • Minimum education level : Bachelor
  • Excellent commercial mindset and understanding
  • Able to communicate excellently and convincingly
  • Deliver product presentations and PowerPoint presentations
  • Advanced organization skills in order to handle multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently and must take initiative to continuously improve
  • Team player
  • Able to work well with people of different professional levels: paramedics, medics, distributors, top management…
  • Good IT skills
  • Must be prepared to communicate openly with management and employees
  • Language skills (in order of importance): English, French, German, Dutch
  • Punctuality and quick follow-up are of great importance
  • Willingness to travel
  • Strong result-oriented action
  • Strong customer-oriented action
  • Adopt a problem-solving neutral attitude in all circumstances
  • Overall sales growth in the assigned territory
