For our client we are looking for a Field
Sales Engineer Services & Solutions. Our client is a global specialist
in energy management and automation with activities in more than 100 countries.
They combine world-leading
energy technologies, real-time automation, software and services into
integrated solutions for homes, buildings, data centers, infrastructure and
part the Global Field Services Sales department,
within the domain of Industrial Automation & Drives, you will be accountable for
the promotion and sale of a broad range of technical services and solutions, including the start-up, maintenance, testing,
retrofit, and upgrade of all installed equipment at the customer’s sites in
Belgium. Besides this you will sell turnkey projects ranging from simple
replacement of equipment to fully engineered solutions. Finally, you will be
also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and

Secures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing
activities with the customer (orders, delivery…)
sales quotations and proposals, including any activity that has to be
outsourced, in respect of FS expected margin.

mentoring, coaching and guidance to other sales employees
and/or attends trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as needed
Master degree (electro-technics, Electronics, automation…) or equivalent
Experience in the specific sector is a plus
– Bilingual Dutch/French and
a good knowledge of English
– Ability to build
a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer
– Excellent verbal
and written communication skills including C-level customers
– Proficient in
Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
