De functie

The Tobacco Systems department markets and manages devices for theft-free sale of smoking products to the general retail environment. Ranging from prospecting at the customer, purchase, sale, leasing, placement and technical support.

  • As a helpdesk employee you assist our customers and you try to find a solution for their questions and problems.
  • You are responsible for the 1st line support and thus help our customers further.
  • You solve issues remotely via a remote login system and according to the applicable procedures.
  • If necessary, you escalate the problem and send one of our technicians to assist our customer on-site.

  • You are fluent in both national languages ​​and you can speak to our customers without any problems.
  • You are an important point of contact for our customers, a positive and customer-oriented attitude is definitely a must.
  • You are familiar with the most common office packages and are already looking forward to getting to know our proprietary programs.

  • You are willing to work in a flexible schedule (from 08:30 to 17:00 or from 10:30 to 19:00).
